Ilaria, an Italian sommelier based in the Netherlands, specializes in sustainable, small-scale producers from the Marche region. This guided tasting experience is designed for intimate groups who want to explore quality wines, learn tasting techniques, and connect with authentic Italian wine culture.

The Experience Includes

• Presentation and guided tasting of 5 wines from Marche
• 2 organic extra virgin olive oils from Marche
• Professional guided tasting
• Aroma wheels to explore structure and aromas
• Tasting note sheets
• Optional: professional wine glasses available upon request (€50 refundable deposit)
