The Olive Oil Experience at Lefkada Micro Farm offers an in-depth introduction to authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from tree to bottle. During a guided walk through the organic olive grove, guests learn about olive tree varieties, cultivation methods, and the cultural importance of olive oil in Greek history, gastronomy, and daily life.

The experience explores how organic and regenerative farming practices support soil health and long-term productivity, and how olives are harvested and pressed to produce high-quality oil. Guests gain practical knowledge on olive oil categories, storage, and everyday use.

The visit concludes with a guided olive oil tasting, where participants learn how to distinguish original Extra Virgin Olive Oil from processed alternatives, using sensory tools and quality analysis insights.
