Mindful Farm Experience - Little Dutch Farm

Spend a calm and grounding day at Little Dutch farm, a regenerative countryside farm located in historice Dutch "Stolp" farmhouse from 1901. This experience offers a gentle introduction to farm life, nature and mindful activities.

“A Day on the Farm” is inspired by the principles of garden therapy. Through simple, repetitive farm tasks, mindful moments in nature, and shared meals, visitors are invited into a natural rhythm where body, mind, and surroundings align. The day is guided, but unhurried, allowing space for reflection, flow, and presence.

The experience includes

• Welcome with tea made from herbs grown on the farm
• Guided mindfulness and nature meditation
• Seasonal farm activities (such as gardening, harvesting, pruning, or sowing)
• Farm-to-table vegetarian lunch

Location & Access

Little Dutch Farm is located in a rural setting surrounded by meadows, orchards, gardens, and water. The farm is home to horses, farm cats, a dog, birds, and seasonal animals.
