Join a hands-on cooking workshop at Karimalis Estate that explores the principles behind Ikaria’s renowned longevity lifestyle. Hosted at the estate’s farmhouse restaurant, this experience focuses on functional cooking methods that preserve nutrients, support well-being, and celebrate the island’s traditional food culture.
Together with the hosts, you’ll explore questions such as:
How can meals be prepared gently without losing nutritional value?
Which food combinations support balance and vitality?
What defines the rhythm and consistency of a longevity-focused diet?
Participants actively practice three seasonal recipes during the workshop, learning techniques rooted in Ikarian tradition and functional nutrition. The experience concludes with a shared three-course meal and a glass of Karimalis Estate’s natural wine.
All participants receive the recipes by email on the same day.
