During this special visit, guests explore the world of traditional Alpine cheesemaking at Naturkäserei TegernseerLand, a respected dairy known for producing high-quality cheeses using Heumilch, premium hay milk from cows fed without silage.
Together with the dairy’s expert team, you will follow the complete journey of cheese production: from fresh milk arriving at the dairy to the aging cellars where cheeses mature and develop their unique character.
Throughout the experience, Cheesefluencer provides Turkish guidance and cultural insights into European cheese traditions, Alpine dairy culture, traditional cheesemaking methods, and cheese tasting techniques.
